Freelance Event Design
Zendesk Relate is the company’s flagship event. In 2024 the event was hosted in Las Vegas at The Venetian over 3 days with 60+ sessions, countless activations and 1300 attendees. I worked with the incredible event team, supporting them across print and digital to transform The Venetian into a fully branded experience complete with event themed casino chip pin badges, stickers, agenda walls and way-finding whilst also promoting the virtual Zendesk Relate experience across social media. Since then I have gone on to work with the Zendesk design team, seamlessly integrating myself to help produce vital print and digital assets for their Customer Advisory Board, Customer Experience (CX) and AI Summit events.
Zendesk In-House
My time at Zendesk was spent working on a range of in-person and digital events focusing on art direction and the whole attendee journey. By tackling complex briefs and concepts I developed on-brand assets for Zendesk Customer Community Groups across the globe and internally facilitated a workshop on Creative Play for better mental health.
